makes 12

1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs
1-1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 4)
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with baking liners.
